Toasted Bagel with Smoked Salmon

Nothing better than cream cheese and smoked salmon on a perfectly toasted bagel!


INGREDIENTS FOR 1

-1/2 bagel (I used everything bagel, but any savory one would work)

-2 oz spreadable cream cheese

-2 oz smoked sockeye salmon

-1 tsp capers

-1 tbsp pickeled red onions (scroll down for my recipe)

-Lemon zest and juice from 1/4 lemon

-Fresh dill

-2-3 chives

METHOD

1. Toast the bagel

2. Mince chives and add to cream cheese

3. Once bagel is toasted, spread cream cheese all over it

4. Top with salmon, onions, capers, dill, lemon zest and juice

Enjoy!

* This is a basic recipe, you can add cucumbers, avocado, poached egg, fresh onions instead of pickeled, tomatoes, arugula and whatever else you think would taste good!
