When I started my inner healing journey 4 years ago, The Lord showed me a giant water dam, full to the brim, and its walls had small cracks in them. I asked Him what that dam represented and He said:" The dam is a store house of all the missed blessings I had for you and because of life's circumstances you were unable to receive. You have been robbed since birth! But these blessings were not lost, they have been stored and one day they are going to come bursting forth and restore, redeem and revive you! You will be restored to better than before, because the years of waiting have multiplied your blessings, just like money in a bank grows with interest, so have your blessings grown and multiplied!"
I have hang on to that vision and promise for the last 4 years with all my faith and strength!
Especially when everything in my life seemed the total opposite of what He promised. I never doubted, never faltered, because I know who my Father Is and He never lies!
My trust in Him, didn't come naturally, I had to learn to trust Him. We tend to compare God to our earthly father and since mine left me as a baby, I really struggled to accept God's love and to believe that He would never leave me or forsake me. It has taken me years to fully come into my identity in Christ. I continually struggle with feelings of unworthiness and low self esteem, and every time He gently reminds me that I am enough and that He loves me, and that Jesus's blood Has made a way for me all the way to The Father and that His love for me is not dependent on my performance, but on what Jesus accomplished on the cross. Every time I have placed my trust in Him, He Has never disappointed me, and I have learned that He always acts at the last minute, because He wants us to grow from faith to faith! I have dozens of testimonies of His faithfulness and how He delivered me and my family from so many situations in the 11th hour, but I will leave those for my book!
During these 4 years He Has shown me the dam a few different times and everytime the cracks were a bit bigger and the dam was fuller. One time He showed me angels filling the dam with buckets full of water, which represented missed opportunities and blessings. You see people think that because God Is sovereign, His will for our lives automatically happens, that isn't so, or else we would all be saved, healed and prosperous, because that is His will for all His children.
John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
If you look at the Strongs Concordance, the verse is not only speaking of spiritual life, but physical and material as well, so that settles it.
In order to obtain all of God's promises and accomplish all the plans He Has for our life, we need to cooperate with Him, and take steps towards them.
We are the ones that limit Him, just like Israel disobeyed and wandered 40 years, when the journey to The Promised Land should have taken less than 2 weeks.

Yes, again and again they tempted God, And limited the Holy One of Israel.
Doubt and disobedience always have negative consequences. We have to constantly be in His presence, so that we will be in tune with His will, therefore less likely to make wrong choices.
2 Kings 13:18-19
18Then he said, “Now pick up the other arrows and strike them against the ground.” So the king picked them up and struck the ground three times. 19 The man of God was angry with him and said, "You should have struck the ground five or six times; then you would have defeated Aram and completely destroyed it. But now you will defeat it only three times."
Sometimes it's not our fault, sometimes it's other people's fault, sometimes it's the enemy, but all that matters is that The Lord doesn't forget about His promises, He stores them until the time is ripe.
Well 2 days ago as I was declaring His promises over my life, He showd me the dam braking!
He said: " It is time! The dam is breaking and the walls are crumbling down. The force of the water will be so powerful that it will cover and shake everything and everyone in its wake and your head will spin so fast you won't know what is happening. Just like the Egyptian army was destroyed by the Red Sea as I made I way for my people, so will your enemies be defeated by the flood of favor and blessing that I am releasing upon you. Favor, upon favor upon favor!
It's going to be MASSIVE!!!
People around you will not believe what they are seeing and they will have to admit that only I could accomplish such things! I will be glorified through your life! Because you have trusted me, obeyed me, loved and worshipped me in every situation, I will bless you beyond measure my beloved! Unprecedented open doors, physical and emotional healing, business opportunities, properties, inheritances, contracts, partnerships! Steady your footing, keep planted in Me because you will have to make many decisions and very quickly! Stand on The Rock of Ages and you will be one to which people will look upon and say: "It had to be God! I want what they have!" I will use you to bring in a mighty harvest of souls!"
Get ready people of God, if you are one of the ones that have placed all your trust in The King of Kings and not in yourself or men, you will be overwhelmed with the goodness of Jehovah Jireh!
