Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients:
1 Kg yellow potatoes
300 gr All-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt.
Method:
Wash potatoes and boil for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
Drain and let cool and dry in the same pot.
Peel and pass through a potato ricer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you can form a ball.
It will still be sticky so flour your work surface and gently knead.
Cut in 4 and each 4th in 4 more pieces, so you'll have 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope, cut into little pillows and shape each pillow by gently pressing and rolling towards you.
Place on a well-floured, clean towel on a tray and freeze. Once frozen, store in freezer bags.
