Pistacchio Palmiers

I think you know by now that I am absolutely obsessed with anything pistacchio! I mean, how could you not??!! Nutty, buttery, vibrantly green, and delicious, pistacchio are one of the most incredible nuts๐Ÿ’š I love @_favuzzi crema di pistacchio, made with 65% pistacchio from Bronte, a Sicilian variety with protected designation of origin. Make these cookies and impress your guests!๐Ÿ’š INGREDIENTS ๐Ÿ’š A 12x9 sheet of puff pastry ๐Ÿ’š1/2 cup of pistacchio cream ๐Ÿ’š1 cup melted white chocolate ๐Ÿ’š1/4 cup finely ground pistacchio METHOD Thaw puff pastry in refrigerator. Place puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread the pistacchio cream all the way to the edges. Roll each side until they meet in the middle. Brush with egg. Wrap in parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut edges off, cut the roll in half and then cut 1 cm thick slices. Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, brush with egg, and bake at 375Fยฐ for 20 minutes or until golden. Once cooled, dip in melted white chocolate, then dip in pistacchio crumbs and refrigerate until firm.
