Panna Cotta

Hey guys, you have to make this super creamy, delicious, easy dessert.

No baking involved and it's perfectly smooth, creamy, and light.

I served it with a nectarine and blackberry sauce and lavender shortbread cookies for some texture and it was a huge hit!

I will post the sauce and cookie recipes in the next few days.

Buon Appetito Amici!❤

INGREDIENTS FOR 9-100ML CUPS

▪️900 ml whipping cream (preferably 36% if you can find it, if not 33% works well)

▪️6 gelatin sheets

▪️180 g of sugar

▪️1 vanilla pod

▪️1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD

Soak the gelatin in cold water until softened, about 5-10 minutes.

Place the cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds and pod in a heavy-bottomed pan and heat on medium-low, stirring often. Once it reaches 180F or tiny bubbles form around the edges of the cream, turn the heat off and add gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved, add vanilla extract, and strain through a fine sieve into a measuring cup. Fill the molds or cups with about 100ml of cream, making sure you leave room for the sauce. Clean the rims and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before topping with the cream and serving. Buon Appetito Amici!
