Italian Style Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS

•1 rack baby back ribs

•1/4 cup EVOO

•1/4 cup Montréal spice

•2 rosemary sprigs

•6 thyme sprigs

•6 Garlic cloves


METHOD

1. Peel the membrane from the back of the rib rack.

2.Cut rack in half and arrange on a pan lined with aluminum foil.

3. Rub both sides with oil and spices.

4. Scatter herbs and peeled garlic cloves all over the racks and tightly wrap with foil.

5.Pour a cup of warm water in the pan and roast in a 350F° for 3 hours or until meat starts separating from the bones.
